Marketing Supervisor

Responsibilities:
1. Perform the annual marketing planning and budgeting;
2. Plan, implement and evaluate promotion activities;
3. Perform the marketing analysis and support for strategy planning;
4. Coordinate with related departments for product development and new product launch;
5. Establish and supervise the Marketing information feedback and reporting system;
6. Audit and approve marketing expenses application;
7. Lead Marketing team to success, ensure employee career development;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, specialize in marketing or related;
2. Good communication ability (oral and written) in both English and Chinese;
3. Background about marketing training, business management, advertisement is required;
4. The experience in famous brand building or advertisement is preferable;
5. At least 5 years' experience in marketing, at least 1 year experience of team management.
6. Strong personality and leadership style, be good at team building, customer focus with diligent service attitude
7. Proficient with operating software, e.g., word, excel, and PowerPoint;

R&D Engineer (Mechanical)

Responsibilities:
1. Carry out daily development or study projects;
2. Generate design drafts and samples;
3. Prototype making and testing;
4. Generate BOMs and maintain the BOMs and other technical document;
5. New technology study and sourcing;
6. New supplier sourcing with Purchasing.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree of engineering major;
2. 5 years or longer R&D job experience of mechatronics product development;
3. Strong Pro/E skill;
4. Project management concept and skills;
5. ERP knowledge is a advantage;
6. Must be good in both oral English and speaking English.

 

R&D Engineer (Electronics hardware)

Responsibilities:
1. Development of anlog and digital circuit technology;
2. Development of multilayer electronic layouts;
3. Generate specifications of cables;
4. Carry out daily development or study projects;
5. Generate design drafts and samples;
6. Prototype making and testing;
7. Generate BOMs and maintain the BOMs and other technical document;
8. New technology study and sourcing;
9. New supplier sourcing with Purchasing.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree of engineering major;
2. 2 years or longer R&D job experience of Electronics development;
3. Strong EDA skills –Familiar with the CAE-System CR5000, PowerPCB or Protel is great advantage (Layout- and circuit diagram tool);
4. Experienced in handling EMC/ESD issues and relative design and test know how;
5. Familiar with the international electronic equipment safety standard will be great advantage;
6. Project management concept and skills;
7. ERP knowledge is a advantage;
8. Can read and write English documents, English speaking is great advantage.

 

Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Carry out standard time calculation for piece rate operation;
2. Take active part in production workflow change and improvement;
3. Maintain and update the piece rate standard time system;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical engineering or related subjects;
2. At least 3 years experience in industrial engineering with standard time calculation duties in mechatronic related manufacturer;
3. Good at spoken and written English and Chinese.

 

R&D Trainee

Responsibilities:
1. Mechanical design at part and assembly level;
2. Generate 3D modeling and 2D drawing;
3. Make and test prototype;
4. Generate and maintain the BOMs and other technical documents;
5. Study and select appropriate manufacturing technology;
6. Assist purchaser to source new supplier;
7. Daily communication with headquarters.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering related major or above (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Material Science and Engineering...etc.);
2. Fresh college graduate (final year university students are also welcome to apply);
3. 3D software skills required (Pro-e skill is advanced);
4. Good written and oral English required.
